Francoise Teixier

Françoise LePleux (Teixier) is a Luxury Real Estate Advisor with Cervera Real Estate and a member of The Paulie Group, known for her strong European client network and cross-border reach.  With deep ties across France, Germany, Spain, Monaco, and Mallorca—along with relationships in New York, Miami, and Asia.  She supports UHNW buyers and sellers who value discretion, market intelligence, and a seamless, concierge-level experience in Miami.

Françoise also brings practical renovation and design expertise that helps clients see beyond the listing and understand true potential.  As Founder & CEO of MAISON XISCA in Miami, she has led high-end residential renovation projects in historic neighborhoods, managing architects, contractors, timelines, and finishes.  This experience translates into sharper guidance on value, quality, and long-term resale considerations.

Before real estate, Françoise built an international career in finance and luxury brands, including senior roles with LVMH / Moët Hennessy and L’Oréal, plus luxury strategy consulting in Paris and New York.  She completed Coldwell Banker’s Global Luxury certification and is fluent in French, English, and Spanish, with additional Italian and working German, an advantage when advising international clients.  Outside of work, she’s passionate about architecture, interior design, construction, fashion, and enjoys skiing, sailing, and golf.
